1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using DELE B2 Prep, you agree to these terms of use. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

2. Service Description

DELE B2 Prep is a mobile application for preparing for the DELE B2 exam. We provide practice exams and educational material based on the publicly available exam format.

3. No Affiliation

DELE B2 Prep is not affiliated with, associated with, authorized by, endorsed by, or in any way connected to Instituto Cervantes, the Spanish Ministry of Education, or any official body related to the DELE exam.

4. Subscriptions and Payments

• The app offers limited free content and optional premium subscriptions.
• Payments are processed through the Apple App Store.
• Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• You can manage and cancel subscriptions from your iPhone Settings.

5. Intellectual Property

All app content (text, audio, design, code) is the property of DELE B2 Prep. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without authorization.

6. Limitation of Liability

The app is provided "as is". We do not guarantee that using the app will result in passing the DELE B2 exam. We are not responsible for decisions made based on app content.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree to:

• Use the app only for personal and educational purposes
• Not attempt to access premium features without paying
• Not redistribute app content
• Not reverse-engineer the app

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the app if you violate these terms. You may stop using the app at any time by deleting it from your device.

9. Changes to Terms

We may modify these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page. Continued use of the app constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
